Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a FlowClock account or using FlowClock, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you’re signing up as an organization, on behalf of that organization.

2. What FlowClock is

FlowClock is a time-clock and scheduling tool. It uses a device at each of your locations to detect when employees are on-site, and provides scheduling, time-off tracking, team messaging, and reporting built on top of that.

3. Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• An organization’s owner and admins are responsible for the accuracy of the employee, schedule, and payroll data they enter, and for how they use employee data collected through the service.
• If your organization sets up automatic device-based clock-in, you’re responsible for notifying employees about it — FlowClock’s mobile app shows employees a notice before enabling it, but you remain responsible for complying with any additional notice or consent requirements that apply where you operate.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FlowClock to violate any applicable law, including wage-and-hour or employee monitoring laws.
• Attempt to access another organization’s data, or bypass the app’s access controls.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service (for example, attempting to overwhelm it with automated requests).
• Reverse-engineer the service beyond what’s permitted by law.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, pricing, and billing terms are as described at sign-up or in your order form. We’ll give you reasonable notice before any price change takes effect for your account.

6. Data ownership

You (your organization) own the data you put into FlowClock. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you close your account, you can request an export or deletion of your data.

7. Service availability

We work to keep FlowClock available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. FlowClock is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FlowClock isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using FlowClock and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.
